Make Time for Peace and Appreciation with a minimum of 30 Minutes A Day

On September 9, 2015, Dr Norman Shealy released in his newsletter, Guidelines for Optimal Health. I was fascinated with his requirement that we need 30 minutes MINIMUM DAILY of meditation and quieting of the 'monkey' mind. He states in this newsletter, we need:

At least 30 minutes daily of deep relaxation, Autogenic Training, Meditation, etc. Avoid negative news in depth, violent movies, TV, etc.
Appreciate nature and the Divine! Best presented in 90 DAYS TO SELF-HEALTH. Relax at least 30 minutes daily.

One way I connect to the divine is through spiritual music. I love the music of Deva Premal and Miten.
